Upgrades and Additions

Jtec HCM provided project management and construction management services for the first Design/Build project for a District hospital in California - Sonoma Valley Medical Center. The work included a campus facility master plan, remediation of the skilled nursing facility, the addition of new HVAC systems for peri-operative services, and the new hospital addition including:

• New emergency department

• New peri-operative suite

• Central utility plant upgrade

• Site work, including parking and other projects

Our services included project management and construction management oversight for design development, project phasing, scheduling, budgeting, scope change order negotiations, EIR process, City Planning Commission, HCAI approvals and construction.
