STANFORD CHILDREN’S HEALTH
Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital

Jtec HCM provided staff augmentation to support the construction phase of the new $1.4B Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford University. The new hospital includes:

  • 521,000 sf of building space

  • 3.5 acres of healing gardens and green space

  • Over 140 patient rooms

  • Six new surgical suites

  • Three imaging units and four diagnostics units

The new facility includes advanced technologies, more private patient hospital rooms, expanded clinics, and environmentally sensitive design.

Our work included all aspects of construction management services such as contractor negotiations, contractor management, change orders and claims, construction progress monitoring and owner representation.

Because of Jtec HCM’s excellent work on the Children’s Hospital, Jtec HCM continues to provide project management, construction management and staff augmentation services for other LPCH and Stanford Health projects.
