Jtec HCM has provided Project Management, Construction Management and Owner’s Representative services to Sequoia Living (formerly Northern California Presbyterian Homes & Services) on a variety of projects. We have delivered services on over four separate renovation projects including independent living, assisted living, memory loss units, and skilled nursing facilities, as well as the headquarters offices. Services included owner’s representation, design management, HCAI coordination, constructability and quality control reviews, equipment planning and procurement, scheduling and budget control. Projects have included:
