On-Call Contract

Jtec HCM has had an ongoing relationship with San Mateo County – both their Health System and as a CM on an on-call contract for municipal projects.

As part of the on-call contract, Jtec HCM was responsible for individual project assignments including an animal shelter and a new fire station. The new 14,000 sf fire station #58 included four bays for fire trucks and equipment, a replacement barracks, new entrance, an apparatus building and new office space.

For the San Mateo Health System, Jtec HCM acted as the owner’s representative for the design/build of a new 36,000 sf out-patient clinic including:

• Primary care for adults

• Primary care for children

• OB/GYN

• Dental services

• Women’s health

• Family planning

• Podiatry

• Optometry

• Nutrition

• Mental health services

• Pharmacy

• Laboratory
