SMALL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
Loma Linda University
Jtec provided Project and Construction Management for the $1.3B campus transformation project at Loma Linda University. This project included a new 16-story hospital replacement, renovation of the existing facility, one new parking garage, site work and seismic upgrades to the existing facilities. The state-of-the-art medical facility also includes classrooms and training facilities, meeting and conference spaces, and offices for administrative staff.
Concurrent with the large hospital project, Jtec was asked to provide project management and construction management services for multiple small projects cosmetic upgrades, ADA, office renovations, medical space modifications and parking.
