ARROYO HIGH SCHOOL
New Modular Buildings

Jtec is providing project and construction management services for the preparation of the site and the installation of three new modular classroom buildings on the Arroyo High School campus. The project includes:

  • Excavation for rat slab necessary for the modular classroom installation

  • Installation of equipment inside the modular buildings including television monitors, ceiling hoist systems and building signage

  • Electrical and low voltage work inside the buildings which included security, fire alarm systems, public address systems, data and internet, underground conduits and electronic door locks

  • Utility connections

  • Installation of two new metal canopies and required foundations

  • Installation of new landscaping, irrigation, paving and outdoor gathering area hardscapes that included new paving and striping on parking lots, demolition of an existing site wall, and relocation of existing storage containers

The project includes with demolition of existing portable classrooms and fencing.
