Jtec HCM provided comprehensive project management and construction management services for the new four-story, state-of-the-art, Huntington Hospital medical office building with subterranean parking.

The 100,000 sf building houses medical offices, first floor retail, specialty outpatient clinics and two levels of subterranean parking containing 185 parking spaces.

Huntington Hospital is a national leader in healthcare with a long history of providing care for the entire Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley communities, as well as nationally.
