Jtec HCM has had an ongoing relationship with San Mateo County – both their Health System and as a CM on an On-Call Contract for municipal projects. Over the years, Jtec HCM has proven that we are a trusted, long term partner.  Prior to the On-Call contract, Jtec HCM acted as the Owner’s Representative for the design/build delivery of The Fair Oaks Clinic, a new 36,000 SF outpatient clinic. Jtec HCM coordinated FF&E, equipment planning and IT, construction, and move management/occupancy of the new outpatient clinic.   

As part of the On-Call contract, Jtec HCM was also responsible for individual project assignments, including a fire station and animal shelter. We continue to provide comprehensive project management and construction management services to the County.
