Jtec HCM has an ongoing relationship with the County of Alameda. This long-term partnership is rooted in Jtec HCM’s ability to work positively and cooperatively with the County’s various teams. Our work commenced as Owner’s Reps for the existing Highland Hospital to coordinate the programming and design phases of the new $668M Highland Hospital Patient Tower.  Concurrently, Jtec HCM was awarded an additional contract to provide ongoing project management and construction management support for the Alameda Health System (AHS). Under this contract we are responsible for multiple, simultaneous projects at all five AHS campuses. In addition, we play a staff augmentation role to the Engineering Department to support small projects.  

We have also provided a Jtec HCM IT Specialist to upgrade the preventative maintenance system for the Capital Projects Group. This work involves supporting and updating AHS’ Facilities Management Program with current building inventories and conditions, system–wide.
