Capital Improvement Projects
Jtec HCM is providing project and construction management for the $1.2B campus transformation project at Loma Linda University. This project includes a new 16-story hospital replacement, renovation of the existing facility, one new parking garage, site work, and seismic upgrades to the existing facilities. The state-of-the-art medical facility will also include classrooms and training facilities, meeting and conference spaces, and offices for administrative staff. Concurrent with the large hospital project, Jtec HCM was asked to provide project management and construction management services for 50+ small projects, including cosmetic upgrades, ADA, office renovations, medical space modifications, and parking.
