Jtec HCM has been providing Project Management, Construction Management and Owner’s Rep services to Northern California Presbyterian Homes & Services on a variety of projects since 2003.  We have provided services on over four separate renovation projects including independent living, assisted living, memory loss units, and skilled nursing facilities, as well as the NCPHS headquarter offices. Services provided include owner’s representation, design management, OSHPD coordination, constructability and quality control reviews, equipment planning and procurement, scheduling and budget control.  Various projects undertaken include:
