Jtec HCM is providing project management and oversight, including project controls and budget management, on more than 15 projects throughout the San Lorenzo Unified School District. The District spans several cities and includes 18 total schools: 5 high schools, 4 middle schools, and 9 elementary schools serving more than 12,300 students. Projects include a variety of modernization/upgrades as well as portable relocation, new classroom buildings, kitchen renovations, ADA improvements, landscape and site improvements, asbestos/mold mitigation and HVAC modernization and additions. Jtec HCM is providing program management, project/construction management services including project controls, RFP/RFQ review and development, and potentially will also provide bond management and oversight.
