Ambulatory Eye Surgery Center

Jtec HCM was selected to provide construction management services for the construction of a new ambulatory eye surgery center in San Francisco. Pacific Vision Surgery Center (PVSC) is an outpatient facility dedicated to ophthalmic subspecialty surgeries.

Included in the project is a reception/waiting area, surgery suites, recovery bays, exam spaces, nurse stations, supply and break rooms, and administrative spaces.

Jtec HCM was selected by PVSC for its ability to achieve maximum coordination, efficiencies and speed to completion, while minimizing disruption to existing tenants. PVSC is located on the second floor of an office building that was being converted for medical office use. The project also included extensive coordination with building management as multiple projects were being executed simultaneously in the building.
