The overall goal is to provide a seamless move and to transition staff, patients and guests into a fully furnished and functioning building while maintaining patient safety and privacy throughout the process. The following is a partial list of services provided by Jtec:

• Transition planning and management
• Interface with the Owner's Facilities Development, Facilities Operations, Directors and VP's of Nursing on a day to day basis and organizing a clear and concise plan for the final occupancy of the building.
• Managing start-up service budgets
• Ordering and managing installation of remaining Owner or vendor furnished equipment
• Assisting with licensing and creating move schedules with the associated moving departments
