Jtec is currently working on over 25 projects, either in pre-construction or the construction phase, at multiple California healthcare facilities.
Jtec has recently provided comprehensive project management services at John Muir Health System for a $839 Million Medical Center Replacement and Modernization Project.
Jtec is providing Owner's Representation and Construction Management services for Sonoma Valley District Hospital including a new two-story wing addition that will house the expanded emergency and peri-operative departments as well as the new Central Utility Plant.
Jtec is currently acting as the Owner's Representative for Alameda County Medical Center as part of the $700+ Million replacement hospital at its Highland Hospital Campus. In addition, Jtec is providing project management services for Alameda County's annual capital improvements program within the existing campus structures that exceed $15 Million. These projects include a new angiography services suite, diagnostic imaging upgrades with multiple CT Scanner replacements, and an expanded catheterization laboratory. Upgrades will also be made to the County's outlying patient clinics in San Leandro, Hayward and Newark. Services being provided include program management, budget cost controls, master project scheduling, FF&E planning/coordination and Move Management services.
Jtec is providing Owner's Representation and Construction Management services on a 137,000 sf new Acute Care Hospital, Medical Office Building and Central Utility Plant upgrade for El Centro Regional Medical Center.
Jtec is currently providing program and project management services for San Mateo County Medical Center's outpatient clinics consolidation program which includes a new 34,000 sf clinic facility in Redwood City.
