The following is a partial list of services provided by Jtec:
- Assist Owner in selection of design team members
- Manage the performance of the selected A/E design team
- Ensure project schedule and established budget is maintained
- Follow Architect's work plan, monitor progress and commitment to milestone dates
- Create a master project schedule
- Perform a Quality Control review of Construction drawings/specifications and constructability analyses
- Coordinate the requirements of Owner and Maintenence personnel with A/E team
- Establish and/or conform to, the bidding strategy within Owner guidelines
- Maintain efficient communication between all project team members and Owner
- Assist Owner with cash flow analysis as requested
