The following is a partial list of services provided by Jtec:

• Assist Owner in selection of design team members
• Manage the performance of the selected A/E design team
• Ensure project schedule and established budget is maintained
• Follow Architect's work plan, monitor progress and commitment to milestone dates
• Create a master project schedule
• Perform a Quality Control review of Construction drawings/specifications and constructability analyses
• Coordinate the requirements of Owner and Maintenence personnel with A/E team
• Establish and/or conform to, the bidding strategy within Owner guidelines
• Maintain efficient communication between all project team members and Owner
• Assist Owner with cash flow analysis as requested
