Jtec is providing Project Management and Construction Management services for a new Alameda Hospital Wound Clinic. The projects consists of remodeling an existing office space to accommodate 5 exam rooms, a nurse station, dirty and clean room, office and waiting space, two new toilets and a hyperbaric therapy area that will house up to 3 new hyperbaric chambers. The chambers will require the construction of a bulk oxygen storage area on the exterior of the building that will provide oxygen support to the chambers via a new certified plumbing connection. New finishes will be provided throughout inclusive of laminate millwork and doors, carpet and vinyl composition tile, painted drywall surfaces, new plumbing and lighting fixtures, limited saw-cutting and exterior concrete work and limited ceiling work. A limited amount of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services will be required.
