Jtec HCM, Inc. provided Construction Management services to Northern California Presbyterian Homes & Services.  We provided services on four separate renovation projects including:  independent living, assisted living, memory loss units, and skilled nursing facilities, as well as the NCPHS headquarter offices.  Services provided included: Owner's Representation, design management, OSHPD coordination, constructability and quality control reviews, equipment planning and procurement, scheduling, and budget control.
