The following is a partial list of services provided by Jtec:

• Review program planning for medical equipment, fixtures and furnishings
• Validate with department user groups: functionality, manufacturers, quantities and locations
• Confirm design coordination for proper space allocation, utilities and services
• Confirm project budgets for equipment, fixtures and furnishings
• Meet with assigned user groups for standarizations, branding, quantities, textures, color pallets, etc.
• Track procurement of FF&E
• Assist Owner in contract execution and maintenance agreements
• Assist Purchasing Department in discount negotiations, approval of purchase orders, tracking of purchase orders, vendor confirmation of order
• Coordinate procurement of deliveries, staging, and Owner identification tagging and/or bar coding
• Coordinate delivery and installation with Owner, vendors and moving services
• Assist in coordination of start-up, applications, testing and training
• Coordinate delivery of O&M manuals and warranties
• Provide confirmation to Owner that installation is complete/warranties are in place prior to final payment
